Lay offs for Government Savings
Post Views 0In Vineland, Matthew Radcliffe a police officer with a seniority of 4 years had to loose his job because of the government implemented lay offs due to bad economic conditions. He lost the job on Monday and again enrolled as a patrol man on Friday. The government is sacking the police officers and allowing them to re-join as a patrol man. In such cases, the training expenditure for a new patrol man will be reduced at the same time a police officer’s salary, which is far higher than the patrol man can be saved.
