Employers in U.S. Can’t Find Qualified Workers Among Jobless

With employment rates at 9.1% we must assume there are plenty of people out there looking for jobs. Business man Bill Regal says he has spent over $2,000 this month alone trying to find help for his natural disaster clean up company. With the highest unemployment levels of the last quarter century you would think that companies like Microsoft would not have a hard time filling positions.
