Facebook becomes legitimate for finding new employees

Companies are starting to view Facebook as a legitimate option to find new employees. Companies are attracted to Facebook because of its 750 million users, many of whom are potential employees. They are no longer spending money on job postings as this is an inexpensive way to reach millions. But the Social Intelligence Corp is now able to screen job applicants based on their Facebook and twitter postings to find whether they involve in illegal activities or groups. So the employees applying for jobs in Facebook might have to double check their profiles first.
