Rising layoff numbers

Researchers and professionals have analyzed that number of layoffs have increased in recent times. CEO of Challenger is tracking this number and as per his conclusions this number will further increase. June and July are the months when major cut-offs take place. There are many factors influencing the layoffs such as performance, market position of the company, company requirements, country’s economy, major disasters, etc. Many times layoff personally affects a lot rather than considering companies or country’s profit or loss.
