Many employees are not satisfied with their employers for several reasons. Some of these reasons include the decrease in health and medical benefits, politics in the workplace, and the fact that employers are expecting more while paying employees much less. Employers are trying to work on ways that would enable them to fix some of the issues that the employees have with their employers.

The Employers Group has signed an agreement with Franklin Covey. Franklin Covey strives to perform so efficiently and is also loyal to its customers and employees. Franklin Covey has a lot to offer the Employers Group in terms of training to help employers run their businesses and organizations effectively.

The Learning Services Director at Employers Group, Jeffrey Hull, has said, “We are so pleased to partner together with Franklin Covey, whose clients have included 90 percent of the Fortune 100 and more than 75 percent of the Fortune 500. We look forward to helping our customers utilize Franklin Covey content and offerings with this agreement.”

A Senior Client Partner for Franklin Cover, Tracy Cook, has said, “Employers Group is a highly valued client of Franklin Covey. We are looking forward to partnering with them to expand our reach together in enabling greatness inside their membership organizations.” It seems as though the feeling is mutual between both companies about the new partnership between them.

With the new agreement intact, Employers Group will use several of the courses provided by Franklin Covey. The courses that will be used include Learning at the Speed of Trust and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. These programs are just two of the many programs Franklin Covey has to offer.

Jeffrey Hull says, “At a time where company loyalty exists primarily due to the nature of our economic situation, this training provides an outlet to create extraordinary results, as well as pride in one’s work and within their team whether an employee or manager.”

The President of Employers Group, Mark Wilbur, has said, “While we already provide leadership and soft skills training services to our 3,500-plus member companies, Employers Group is excited to deliver two great programs developed by the content experts at Franklin Covey.” He believes that using the Franklin Covey programs will help employees work better with one another as a team and collaborate instead of causing conflict. He also believes that when employees communicate with one another, the organization that they work for will benefit more than ever.

Employers Group continues to grow and believes that partnering with Franklin Covey is one of the main reasons why they have had so much success during a period of time where many other organizations have had such problems. The programs that Frank Covey offers have helped the organization to grow and expand.
