Satisfaction scores fall, workers planning to quit increase: 4 reasons

Nearly one in three of workers is considering leaving his or her job, according to a recent Mercer Study of 2,400 U.S. workers. That is a sharp increase from the 23% that said they’d leave their jobs in 2005. Younger employees- 40% of those age 25 to 34 intend to quit. Men-34% of men intend to leave their employers v. 30% of women.
