Public Service Urged by Minister to Use Website in Enhancing Recruitment

Ms. Hawa Ghasia, Minister of State in Tanzania’s President’s Office has Public Service Recruitment Secretariat use their website effectively in recruiting the qualified candidates for public services instead of favoured and referred persons. Also, Ms. Ghasia asked the secretariat to use ajira.go.tz to use as a platform to advertise to the public and to the stake holders. Mr. Xavier Daudi, Secretary in the Tanzania’s President’s Office said the main motive of the website is to inform people regarding the employment opportunities through advertisement and added that they will use media to advertise too.
