Bill Stubbs to Join Regional Management Corporation

The Regional Management Corporation, known for being a finance company that works in favor of the consumers, has recently made an announcement. The announcement from the company was all about adding Bill Stubbs to become part of the executive team for the company. Stubbs will now be the Senior Director of Human Resources. With his new position, he will have a number of tasks and responsibilities, which include being a leader for the human resources function and looking over employee relations and all the things that have to do with these employees, including training and benefits. When making reports, Stubbs will go straight to the CEO, Thomas Fortin.

Thomas Fortin says that there are currently about 800 employees around the nation who are working for Regional Management. He also says that they are continuing to expand and grow, which means that positions are being added and new employees are being hired. Fortin believes that adding Stubbs to the executive team is a fantastic idea and will be the best way to keep everything related to human resources under control while also helping the company to grow and expand, becoming stronger than ever before. Tomin says that Bill Stubbs has plenty of experienced under his belt and has been working with human resources for the past three decades. It is because of his extensive knowledge and experience that he was chosen for the position.

In the meantime, Stubbs is excited about becoming the new Senior Director of Human Resources. He believes that human resources are so important because it is the people who affect the outcome of a business. He believes that it is important for the company to train, hire and keep employees, especially if the company wants to continue having success while expanding. He feels proud to be working with the Regional Management team.

Stubbs is definitely not new to Human Resources, having worked in different areas for the past 30 years. In the pat, he has worked as the Senior Director of Human Resource for the BI-LO supermarkets, located in several different states. Stubbs received his Master’s Degree for Human Resources at the Baylor University. He has the education, skills and experience that will be needed for the position he is taking on with the Regional Management Corporation.

The Regional Management Corporation has been working as finance company for several years, providing a number of different products that relate to loans for the customers. The company first got started over two decades ago, back in 1987 and has since expanding, with branches in hundreds of different areas.
