Sequestration not favored method to cut budget deficit: survey
Post Views 0It’s at a right time the National Association for Business Economics has conducted a survey, outcome of which strongly opposes the full implementation of $85bn in federal budget cuts, or “sequester”. While the economists were in favor of spending cuts aimed at reducing the deficit over the long-term, a majority of them want the cuts to remain focused on entitlement programs. Interestingly, about one-third of respondents has favored also favored an equal mix of spending cuts and tax increases.
