Repeal Obamacare – House Votes for the 37th Time
Post Views 0Its astonishing to note that the US House of Representatives have voted to repeal the Affordable Care Act, more popularly known as Obamacare, for the 37th time since the Congress’ lower chamber was taken over by the Republicans. While Rep. Doc Hastings, R-Wash., has tweeted that 53 percent of Americans want to put an end to, or at the least, change the Act, Rep. Jim McDermott, D-Wash., an ardent supporter of health care reforms, hit back, saying “no doughnut holes”. The three-year old Obamacare has already been upheld by the Apex Court and about six million young adults find themselves on their parents’ health insurance plans, and will remain so till attaining the age of 26.
