Post Views 0If fears are being expressed about the fate of the immigration bill, that’s because the House Republicans are not at all convinced that the legislation would help them gain support from Hispanic voters. Also, not many are prepared to agree to any kind of amnesty to the estimated 11 million migrants living illegally in the US. That leaves with the strong possibility of the House voting for a weak reform. Many Democrats, and even some Republicans, feel that a comprehensive immigration bill can’t win without a pathway to citizenship.
