Major Round of Layoffs Completed

Facing a potential budget deficit of more than $44 million in coming years, officials at the University of Saskatchewan completed their latest round of layoffs, bringing the total number of laid off employees to approximately 100. The laid off workers are eligible to accept severance packages or apply for another position, officials said.
