JPMorgan to pay $153.6 million to settle SEC fraud case
Post Views 0JP Morgan Chase and Co, the second largest U.S. bank, will pay $153.6 million to settle U.S. Securities and Exchange commission charges. Civil suit is filed against a former M.D. at GSC Capital Corp which a collateral agent for the JP Morgan.JP Morgan was lost most of their value by selling $150 million of squared notes to pension funds and investors.
