BBC Portrayed as Top-Heavy and Dysfunctional

Some ugly inner workings of the British Broadcasting Corporation are coming to light. Internal bickering, being top heavy with management, and a dysfunctional system are reportedly showing through in an investigation as to why the company canceled a show that was going to present information that a recently deceased BBC personality was a pedophile. Many sections of the recently released 3,000 pages of documents have been blacked out, with lawyers stating that they could be considered defamatory.
