Stream Global Services Adding Jobs

A customer service support center in upstate New York plans to add up to 200 jobs this year, after it got a new contract with a satellite TV provider.

Stream Global Services says the new positions in Watertown will include telephone customer-service agents, support staff and managers. He says some of them might be work-at-home jobs.

The company has about 765 workers in Watertown, and its building is about 90% full.
