Quidel Cuts 10% of Workforce

San Diego, California-based Quidel, which provides diagnostic tests, will cut about 10% of its workforce.

The company also eliminated two senior positions, and canceled its annual cash incentive program.

Quidel said its chief technology officer, Thomas Foley, would retire today.
