Cessna Predicts More Layoffs

Cessna Aircraft has notified workers that more layoffs are coming as customers cancel or defer plane orders.

The Wichita, Kansas-based manufacturer is cutting production at its Cessna and industrial business units. Cessna also is planning a two-week shutdown from July 6th to July 17th.

The extent of the job and production cuts won’t be announced until April 29th.
