Boeing Bounces 300 Companywide

Boeing issued 300 layoff notices this week, with 120 targeted in northwest Washington State.

In January, the linchpin firm of the military-industrial complex announced it would cut 10,000 jobs through attrition and layoffs. As of March 31st, Boeing had cut 800 jobs in Washington.

Not all those who receive layoff notices will end up losing their jobs, as the company likes to terrify employees. Also, some employees may be moved to other jobs; and some positions may be saved if other employees retire or leave voluntarily.
