Ryla to Open Call Center in Alabama

RylaKennesaw, Georgia’s Ryla is building a new call center in Saraland, Alabama, bringing 1,200 jobs to the town of 12,300.

Ryla will spend $8.5 million on its new regional headquarters, corporate data center and regional customer call center. The project will create 400 new jobs by early summer, and 800 more by 2011. The jobs will pay an average of $21,754, plus bonuses and benefits.

The facility will open in June.

Ryla Teleservices provides outsourced call center operations to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and nonprofit organizations.
