Colorado’s Ritter Signs Job Creation Bills

Colorado’s Democratic Governor Bill Ritter has signed two bills for job creation and business development.

The bills provides tax incentives for job creation and money for job training programs.

A third bill will require homebuilders to offer buyers the option of having their home pre-wired for solar energy.

Colorado’s unemployment rate hit 7.5% in March.
