Lexington Home Brands Adds V.P of Human Resources

Chris Little has been promoted to the new position of vice president of human resources for Lexington Home Brands.

Little had served as human resources manager at Lexington Home Brands since 2006. Prior to that, Little served in HR positions at Daimler Chrysler and Target.

“Since joining Lexington in November of 2006, Chris has done a remarkable job of managing employee development, heath care initiatives, benefits programs, and compliance issues for our operations both domestically and internationally,” Lexington president Phil Haney said in a statement. “Her understanding of the business and regulatory issues, combined with her expertise in risk management and cost containment have manifested themselves in a robust and comprehensive benefits program for our employees.”
