Ann Kontner Named HR Consultant for Steptoe & Johnson

Steptoe & Johnson has announced that Ann Kontner has joined the firm as a human resources consultant.In the role, Kontner will be able to assist clients with HR matters that do not require the services of an attorney, such as: human resources audits, interim in-house HR services, evaluation of HR materials, review of benefits administration and training.

Kontner brings to Steptoe & Johnson over 25 years of HR experience in corporate compliance, administrative management, staff development and executive leadership skills. Prior to joining the firm, Kontner served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for XM Satellite Radio and then as President of Human Resources for Rosetta Stone. A graduate of the University of Maryland (B.S.), Kontner is actively involved with the American Red Cross and the American Cancer Society. 

 Kontner will assist the firm’s clients from the Martinsburg office location.
