New Vice President of HR Named by Banner Bank

On Thursday, April 7, Banner Bank named Anne Wuesthoff as its Senior Vice President of Human Resources.  Wuesthoff’s new appointment will make her “responsible for organizational development, rewards and benefits, diversity, recruitment and staffing, employee relations, talent management, employee and leadership development and learning programs”, according to a press release from the Banner Corporation.

Wuesthoff has experience from multiple industries in organizational development and human resources, and has gained that experience over more than 25 years of work.  She was formerly a senior vice president at Washington Mutual, and has worked in various HR positions, starting out at the Quaker Oats Company, and also serving in positions at Allied Signal, which is now Honeywell, Inc, and Casey Family Programs.  She has her Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University.

Mark J. Grescovich, President and CEO of Banner Corporation, and its subsidiary, Banner Bank, said the following: “Having Anne join us is a real advantage. With her deep experience in HR and financial services, we are excited about the contributions she will make to our talent initiatives and to our team.”

Wuesthoff had this to say about joining on as Vice President of HR, “I am excited to join Banner Bank’s team of professionals that provides superior banking services throughout the Northwest and look forward to furthering the Bank’s talent strategy.”
