President Obama is due to return to Iowa in his first visit since announcing his next presidential run. During said trip he is planning on talking about key points of manufacturing as a response to economical issues, and as response to republican counterparts. The Obama staff has insisted that this visit has nothing to do with the upcoming elections, and is really just an effort to start talking about ways to turn unemployment and other issues around through manufacturing. Including a 500 million dollar plan the government has set up to create new job opportunities through manufacturing.
