Companies now must cover another 8 preventive services in the plans that they provide for their female employees. These services must be covered 100% and include counseling as well as screening for domestic violence. Another is education and counseling for females employees with reproductive capacity among other services to be provided. The new rules are the result of the healthcare reform law that asked various government agencies to give input for preventive measures.
