Neustar Hires Christine Brennan as HR VP

Christine Brennan has been named the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Neustar Inc. Neustar is a company that provides real-time information for the industries of the internet, telecommunications, entertainment, marketing and advertising. Brennan will report to Lisa Hook, the president and CEO of the company. The appointment of Brennan takes effect immediately. She previously worked as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources for Verisign.

Brennan implemented a global human resources strategy while working at Verisign. The program was focused on the management of talent, the acquisition of talent, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, management of performance and corporate social responsibility.

Brennan previously worked as the Head of Group Human Resources for the Bank of Ireland, which is headquartered in Dublin. While working there, Brennan worked in conjunction with the board to hire a new CEO while also implementing an agenda for managing talent. The agenda focused on recruitment from outside the company to go along with development internally. Brennan also worked as the Human Resources Director for Barclay’s PLC’s Global Retail and Commercial Banking business, which is headquartered in London. Brennan has also worked in human resources with AT&T and British Telecommunications. Brennan earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
