Jackson Hole Group’s New HR Expert

The Jackson Hole Group, LLC knows how important human resources is for the firm, especially since it is the type of firm that consults with and counsels for various different Boards and CEOs. They are aware that human resource is what is really behind the organization of a company, ensuring that employees are satisfied and that everything goes as efficiently as planned. And, because the Jackson Hole Group takes pride in its company, it is proud to present a new principal for the firm, Peggy Tate, who has had quite a successful career in the past. Tate has worked as a Senior HR executive for several companies and will bringing her experience on over with her to her new position with Jackson Hole Group.

While working as an independent consultant, Tate gained a decade worth of experience. She worked on various strategies to help companies achieve the best results possible. She gained experience with organizing many companies, which includes the DFS Group Limited. She also was employed with the Firstar Bank and held human resources positions for various companies, which includes The Gap, Kohl’s and a division of Target.

Those who have had the chance to work with Tate have nothing but positive things to say about her. For example, the CEO of Jackson Hole Group, Jim Wigget, says that he has been able to work with her for many years throughout their careers and that she is excellent with collaborations and organization. He also says that she has so much experience and is an expert when it comes to human resources which are the main reasons as to why she will be a natural leader within her new position. Wigget says that he is absolutely sure that the clients will appreciate her style and he is excited that she will be joining in at the Jackson Hole Group.

With her new position, Tate will be helping out an assortment of different clients in the United States. She is just as thrilled as Wigget is to be joining the Jackson Hole Group. In fact, she says that she has a huge appreciation of the values that the firm holds dearly and she also respects the way that they do their business which is one of the reasons she is so excited to begin working with them. She believes that she can put her expertise and experience to very good use with the Jackson Hole Group, providing above and beyond efficient services for all of the different clients.

Peggy Tate has received a certification as a Leadership Architect. She has also been certified in 5 Dynamics as well as Benchmarks. Her certifications were provides to her from the Center for Creative Leadership.
