JOBS Act: What it Does for Investors and Enterpreneurs
Post Views 52The JOBS Act was just passed by the U.S. House of Representatives. The act basically changes the way small businesses can go about looking for investors to take stock in their company. It changes laws about what size a company needs to be, as well as the paperwork involved in getting the investors and the money. The law also gets rid of the banning of advertising for investors and allows smaller businesses to sell stock in the company without all the regulations that were previously required.
