PMN Newsroom Jobs Layoffs

Philadelphia Media Network Inc. or PMN has planned to lay off 19 of its unionized workers from three newsrooms – 15 of which are part-timers and 4 are full-timers. There has been an approval of voluntary buyouts for an additional 21 newsroom employees. The layoffs of those workers will take place on March 31st. Another group of nonunion employees are also set to be laid off.
