Obama’s Tough New Ad

Romney has paid 13.9 percent tax rate in 2010 which is less than the average tax payer’s contribution. Obama uses this fact in an ad. The middle 20% of the society pays about 15.5% says the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center. Thus, statistically the chance that someone pays more taxes than Romney is about 50%.
