U.S. Retails Sales Bounce Back
Post Views 3CNN Money reports that US retail sales were up in November. Consumers began their holiday shopping early on Black Friday, spending more money at online retailers, electronic shops and clothing stores than department stores. Superstorm Sandy also affected sales in the East Coast. Sales of gasoline, new vehicles and home improvement items increased as people rebuilt and replaced items after the storm. Car dealerships reported record new car sales in November, the highest amount in four years.
