Microsoft’s TV software unit may be acquired by Ericsson.

Within the next few weeks an announcement about Ericsson buying Microsoft’s IPTV business will be announced. Ericsson is one of the largest makers of wireless networks will use the software to help companies such as AT&T to provide television content over their network. No comments from Microsoft or Ericsson have been made officially, the information was from people who are aware of the upcoming deal.
