Lowered Productivity in the Summer for Employees
Post Views 0Summer can be bad for business. According to research data in the Replicon Productivity Index, there is a “marked decrease” in employee productivity between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The Replicon Survey revealed other interesting data about employee behavior, including finding that managers take more sick days than non-managers per year and that Monday is the most popular sick day among employees.
