The Children’s Place Retail Stores is doing so well that 350 employees may lose their jobs.

The retail chain will relocate its e-commerce business to Alabama in June, affecting 350 in New Jersey.

The children’s clothing retailer said online sales have grown by 60% this year, and the company has outgrown its space in its Secaucus headquarters building. The company will move the business to its Southeast distribution center in Fort Payne, Alabama.

Employees were informed of the decision this week.
