San Diego County May Cut 770 Jobs, Child Health Programs
Post Views 1The San Diego County, California Board of Supervisors, which laid off 27 county workers in February, may this week eliminate more than 770 jobs.
Only 79 people would be laid off — the rest of the positions are vacant.
The Board of Supervisors will also cut $400 million from the next budget by eliminating child health and youth clinic programs.
