M+W Zander Hiring 40 in New York

GlobalFoundries will launch a major computer chip fabrication plant in Malta, New York.

M+W Zander, the architecture and construction firm building the $4.2 billion facility, is filling 40 high-tech design and construction management positions for the project.

The University at Albany’s College of Nanoscale Science & Engineering will host a job fair on June 10th, at the Albany NanoTech complex in Albany, New York. Open positions include electrical and mechanical designers, engineers and estimators; construction and design project managers; and accounting, purchasing, document control and administrative personnel.

The positions pay from $40,000 to more than $100,000.
