alphapackaging_160x120St. Louis, Missouri’s Alpha Incorporated will open a plastic packaging factory in Raeford, North Carolina, creating 40 jobs in three years.

The firm will invest $7.2 million in the project, and receive a $120,000 grant from the One North Carolina Fund.

The plant will manufacture plastic bottles for shampoo, conditioners and body wash products.

Alpha Incorporated manufactures high-quality bottles and jars made from polyethylene terephthalate, high-density polyethylene and Polylactide for the pharmaceutical, nutritional, personal care and niche food and beverage markets. It has more than 10,000 employees worldwide, with clients in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
