Accord Human Resources Adds National Financial as Partner

Accord Human Resources has entered into a preferred-partner relationship with the insurance agency of National Financial Partners Corp., dubbed NFP Insurance Services Inc. The agreement will “offer NFP’s corporate benefits’ professionals a comprehensive, outsourced human resources management solution for their clients,” the company said in a press release.

Ed O’Malley, president of NFP’s Corporate Client Group, cited “the many challenges in today’s changing environment” for small- and medium-sized businesses when explaining the addition of Accord.

“We believe this (professional employer organizations) offering, along with our other innovative product and service offerings, provide value-added solutions for their human resource need,” O’Malley said.

Accord Human Resources administer employee benefits, payroll management, and workers’ compensation to small and medium-sized companies in a variety of industries. Its services are provided to clients and their employees in all 50 states.
