Bausch & Lomb Names New Corporate VP, Human Resources

The eye care product manufacturer Bausch & Lomb Inc has appointed a new corporate vice president of global human resources and transformation.

On January 4^th, Rick Heinick, formerly a senior partner at the Connecticut-based Schaffer Consulting LLC, will take over as the corporate VP at Bausch & Lomb’s Rochester, New York headquarters.

According to B&L’s CEO, Brent Saunders, “Rick has demonstrated great success in helping drive positive transformations within distinguished companies worldwide. His focus on driving change through the energy and alignment of the people in the organization will be of great value as we continue to transform Bausch and Lomb into a high performance competitor for the long term.”
