New Equity Capital Markets Head Named for Bank of America

Bank of America has hired a new head of operations for its equity capital markets in North America and Latin America. Mary Ann Deignan will replace Dan Cummings, who was promoted within BofA last year. Deignan is leaving UBS after 7 years, where she has been head of equity capital markets since 2007.
