Why is the Job Market Slowing Down?

The decline in growth is expected because of supply chain interruptions from earthquake in Japan, tornadoes in the South and covering the effect of higher energy costs. In another report compiled by The Conference Board, the Consumer Confidence index fell to its lowest since October.
