Post Views 0Canada’s national legislature is currently considering a proposal, introduced on June 21, 2011, that would compel both the unionized labor force and management of Canada’s postal system — who are at odds over management proposals to change wage and retirement packages for new hires — to immediately restore mail service in that country, which has been suspended for several days because of a lockout, and would require that both sides in the dispute abide by any ruling made by an arbitrator in favor of one side’s “best final offer.”
