The economy is starting to slowly pick up. It has been noted that annual job growth in Louisiana had a slight slow decrease in June, however it wasn’t all dire. The state was able to have the largest increase of private sector jobs since December 2008, according to the Louisiana Workforce Commission said on Wednesday. The state had 11,600 more non-farm jobs last month than in June 2010. In May, the state had 15,000 more non-farm jobs than in May 2010. The figures are not adjusted for seasonal factors.
