New Employees for Atherotech Diagnostics Lab

It’s not every day that a major company hires a new CFO and a VP of Human Resources. However, this week Atherotech Diagnostics Lab told the public that they have hired two key players to their payroll. Those new employees include Charles Musial who will serve as the CFO and the new VP Human Resources is Fran Bostick. These positions are not being refilled but instead they are new positions. The positions were created because the company continues to grow. “Our recent strategic hires represent some of the industry’s most successful and accomplished talent,” said Michael Mullen, CEO of the company Atherotech. “Their leadership and execution skills strengthen our team and position us for continued growth.”

Charles Musial brings a unique dynamic to the company. He has a lot of experience in financial management as he will be working in the diagnostic lab at Atherotech. His background is also special because he has healthcare experience, accounting, planning and developmental operation experience. For Atherotech to find a person with this much experience is almost unheard of and they are glad to add him to the team.

Musial has previously worked with a company called Laboratory Partners Inc. which is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This particular is fairly large and Musial once served as their CFO. He worked there from 2000-2008 and did quite well as the Chief Financial Advisor. Charles Musial also worked for Laboratory Corporation Holdings of America as the CFO. His experience as a CFO is plentiful and Atherotech Diagnostics Lab is confident in their decision.

Musial is not the only positive addition to the company. Fran Bostick comes to Atherotech Diagnostics Lab with over 30 years of experience. Her experience is in human resources for the most part. But she has also specialized in areas like staffing, organization and supervision. Her career started a while back in Atlanta Georgia. She worked with a company known as Southern Company. It is an energy based company that specializes in different areas of electricity. Bostick is the newest VP of human resources at Atherotech Diagnostics Lab.

Atherotech Diagnostics Lab specializes in a VAP test (which is patented). The company provides this test that identifies people at a risk for major heart disease. This test is provided to different clinics, hospitals and private medical groups. This is not the only test they specialize in and in-fact the company has over 50 different tests pertaining to cardiovascular and metabolic. All of their tests are unique and all of them are patented as well.

Atherotech Diagnostics Lab has laboratories throughout the United States and is a major test provider to healthcare providers all over the United States.
