Why Teachers are Unsatisfied

In various surveys carried out nationwide, it has been revealed that teachers all over America are quite unsatisfied with their vocation. There are several reasons cited for this downward trend registered in the past few years. One is the slashing of budgets, making them lose job security, while others that triggered this loss of faith among the teachers include stray reckless shooting incidents in schools, widespread use of drugs by student population, and poor job satisfaction levels.
