Former Google executive Marissa Mayer, who was recently appointed as the CEO of Internet giant Yahoo, has announced on Twitter that she is pregnant. Mayer made the announcement few hours after resigning from her job at search giant Google. The announcement was positively received on the Web, especially by working mothers and professional women.
