Millions Spent on Ad Blitz

It is ironic that the Canadian government has invested tens of millions of dollars in “economic action plan” ads even though they claim to face financial downturn which has led to scientific research and environmental monitoring programs. The financial officials of the conservative government has not revealed the budget for the current ‘action plans’.
