CBS ‘Under the Dome’ Opens Big

“Dome” is a summer television series adapted from a Stephen King novel “Under the Dome.” In spite of being broadcast opposite a popular hockey game, the “Dome” secured about 13 million viewers during its Monday night showing. Most likely, the show was videotaped for later view of fans watching the Hockey game. The show is a CBS offering catered to the popular advertising age group from 18 to 49 years of age. “Dome” is a television show about a small town that is sealed off by a clear dome.
