Summary: Companies that find themselves on the best places to work list often offer more than just company perks: they offer an overall productive and positive work culture.

Glassdoor has released their annual list of best places to work in North American and even parts of Europe. They determine the top places based on employee reviews, balancing the “quantity, quality, and consistency of reviews.” This list is an important building block to use when you are on the job hunt or are simply looking to see where you might want to look in the future.
