Allstate Creating 600 Jobs in San Antonio
Post Views 1Allstate Corp. plans to open a new facility in San Antonio, Tex. that will create 600 jobs in the area. The move was announced by the insurance company during a press conference attended by Texas Gov. Rick Perry.
Allstate said it plans to begin a recruiting effort immediately so the 75,000 square-foot facility can be opened by May. Compensation is $13 hour, though there will also be incentive-based bonuses offered to employees, according to the Express News. Employees at the facility will handle after-hours support for Allstate agencies
